Registration Process in Andhra Pradesh:

There is a standard and strict registration process for incorporation of a company. If you want to register, you need to follow the process. The registration process is online and will offer an organized procedure for incorporation of the company. To register a private limited company, here are the steps to follow:

  • Step 1: Obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC):

To register a private company limited in India, the first step is to obtain digital signatures for directors and owners. You can get digital signatures online through a business consulting firm. The online process will start with identification and verification. It takes at least 24 hours to complete the online procedure for digital signatures.

  • Step 2: Obtain DIN:

DIN or Director Identification Number is obtained for the company director. Directors must fill out the DIR 3 form and identity proof of directors. The DIR can be preceded with SPICe+. With one DIN, the director can operate any number of companies.

  • Step 3: Name Availability:

You must check the availability of your company name. If the company name is registered already, you cannot register your company with the same name. So, you need name approval from the concerned department to proceed with company registration in Andhra Pradesh, India.

  • Step 4: Form SPICe+ INC-32:

The form SPICe+ has been introduced recently to incorporate new companies. From 23 February 2020, anyone wanting to register their company must fill out the SPICe+ form. The formation of the company under the form in part B is an online process. This online incorporation process allows a streamlined and more organized process.

  • Step 5: e-MOA and e-AOA:

e-MOA is an Electronic memorandum of association, and e-AOA is an electronic Articles of Association. A memorandum of articles is the company’s charter, while articles of association include the company’s rules and regulations. Now, MOA and AOA are available online with a linked form SPICe+.

  • Step 6: PAN and TAN Application:
